About Us – A Warm Welcome to Auengut
Welcome to Auengut in Bertsdorf! We are a family dedicated to nature and the preservation of this unique estate. Surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Zittau Mountains, we put our heart and soul into creating cozy guest rooms to provide you with a relaxing break from everyday life.
A True Family Project
Auengut is a joint effort where every generation contributes to the life on the farm:
- The Host: My mother is the heart of the estate. With great attention to detail, she ensures our guests feel completely at home and that everything runs smoothly.
- Our Strong Support: My aunt Lisa is an essential part of the team, providing the support and stability needed to keep the farm life vibrant and organized.
- Digital & Tech: I am the son of the house, responsible for our online presence, social media, and all technical aspects behind the scenes.
- Experience & Tradition: My grandparents support the Auengut project with great passion, helping us during special events and with the general upkeep of the farm.
- The Animal Welcome Committee: Our Border Collie Luna, along with our sheep and chickens, are part of the family and make the rural experience authentic for our guests.
