Cancellation Policy – When plans change

Anticipation is the best part of a trip. However, we know that life sometimes gets in the way and a journey has to be cancelled at short notice. As we are a small family business and prepare our rooms with great care, we ask for your understanding regarding our policies.

Our policies at a glance:

• Free Cancellation:
  You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 2 days before your scheduled arrival.
• Short-term Cancellation:
  For cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival, we charge 80% of the total price.
• No-show:
  In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we charge 90% of the total price.

Our Tip: Travel Insurance

To protect yourself against unexpected events (such as illness or other emergencies), we recommend taking out travel insurance. This ensures you won't be left with the costs in case of an emergency.

How can I cancel?

Please send us your cancellation in writing via email to Admin@Auengut-bertsdorf.de or use the booking portal through which you made your reservation.
